I studied and fell in love with chiropractic at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic. I have always had an interest in helping other people, but after graduating from my first degree and postgraduate study, I was still unsure about what that was going to look like. When I discovered chiropractic, I knew it was where I was meant to be.
Chiropractic is my life passion that unfolded over the years of my own chiropractic journey. To me, it is about unleashing your forgotten health potential. It’s about pushing your function and performance beyond the limitations you’ve become accustomed to. It’s about healthier and happier individuals and families, not just for a moment but for a lifetime. It doesn’t matter whether you’re at the beginning, in the middle, or towards the end of your years. Make it all count.
I look forward to meeting you and I am so excited to be a part of you and your family’s health journey.

Born and raised in the great white north of Canada, I moved to New Zealand to follow my dream of becoming a Chiropractor at one of the world’s best Chiropractic colleges.
Upon completing my Bachelor in Kinesiology (Human Kinetics) from the University of Toronto, including an athletic therapy placement with a varsity team in my last year, I knew my future needed to be in a hands-on role helping people. After how much benefit I had received from being under regular chiropractic care, studying to be a chiropractor was the clear answer!
I am passionate about helping you achieve your greatest health potential. Helping you believe in your potential to heal and thrive, and helping you break any limiting health beliefs or obstacles that have been standing in your way.
In my spare time you’ll most often find me doing photography, hiking, camping, climbing, learning to surf, or reading.
Wherever you are on your health journey, I would be honoured to be part of your team.
